Americans across the country are grappling with the highest insurance price hikes in years. Why isn't Democratic leadership rallying for Medicare for All?

I get it — Medicare for All is not something we can pass currently. Right now, Democrats are doing what they can to keep our broken system from getting worse, and I am grateful for their efforts.

At the same time, it is not enough to always be defending broken systems from collapse. We have to fight for better.
